Every Altima model has been designed to burn gas or wood (lump charcoal). An easily removable heavy guage stainless steel tray (optional) allows you to fire your grill with either fuel, depending on the recipe you have planned. |

The infra-red burner mounted on the back interior of the Altima provides additional controlled heat for browning and searing.
