- 6 tuna steaks (1 1/2" thick)
- 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

| Place tuna steaks in a baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice from lemon into a bowl, add basil and remaining ingredients to bowl. Pour marinade over steaks, cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. |

| Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Place steaks directly on grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Baste often during grilling. |
