Meat - Steaks, T-bone, Rib eye, Sirloin, Filet
Rare 1" High 7-15 minutes Grill turning once.
1 1/2" High 10-19 minutes
Medium 1" Medium to High 13-23 minutes Sear steaks on each side to seal in the juices.
1 1/2" Medium to High 15-27 minutes
Well Done 1" Medium 17-30 minutes Sear steaks on each side to seal in the juices.
1 1/2" Medium 18-33 minutes
Meat - Hamburgers
  1/2" - 3/4" Medium 10-18 minutes Grill turning once.
Poultry
Boneless Chicken Breasts   Medium 12-15 minutes Brush with marinade before and during grilling.
Turn halfway through grilling.
Chicken Pieces   Low 25-35 minutes Cook until juices run clear.
Pork
Chops 1" Medium 10-35 minutes Cook thoroughly until no longer pink inside.
1 1/2" Medium 20-45 minutes
Ribs   Medium 30-45 minutes Turn several times.
Brush with BBQ sauce near end of grilling.
Lamb - Chops
Rare 1" High 8-12 minutes Sear chops on each side to seal in juices.
1 1/2" High 12-16 minutes
Medium 1" Medium to High 10-17 minutes Grill turning once.
1 1/2" Medium to High 13-23 minutes
Well Done 1" Medium 15-25 minutes Grill turning once.
1 1/2" Medium 18-30 minutes
Fish and Seafood
Steaks Salmon, Halibut, Swordfish 3/4" to 1" Medium 6-15 minutes Fish is done when it becomes opaque and flakes easily.
Brush with melted butter or oil to keep moist.
Lobster 0.5 - 2 lbs. High 6-10 minutes Grill shell side down.
Cook until opaque and starts to separate from the shell.
Shrimp Medium Size Medium 5-10 minutes Use a grill basket.
Should be pink and opaque when done.
Vegetables
Asparagus Snap off tough stems Medium 8 minutes Brush with butter.
Carrots Slice and dot with butter Medium 10-18 minutes Wrap in heavy foil.
Corn on the Cob Soak in cold water for 20 minutes Low 22-28 minutes Grill in husk, turning once.
Mushrooms Marinate before grilling Medium 5-8 minutes Remove stems.
Peppers Wash and cut in half Medium 15 minutes Grill skin side down.
Potatoes Whole High 35-45 minutes Wrap in heavy foil.
Onions 1/2" slices Medium 10-15 minutes Grill turning once.
Tomatoes Wash and cut in half. Medium 5-10 minutes Place skin side down.
Zucchini Wash and cut in half. Medium 10-15 minutes Turn once.
Roasted Garlic Cut top off of garlic bud. Low 25-35 minutes Wrap in heavy foil, roast on top shelf.
