- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 pounds ground chuck
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

| Combine cheeses in a bowl, cover and chill. Combine ground chuck and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Shape into 16 thin patties. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto half the patties. Top the cheese with the other half of patties to form 8 complete burgers. Press edges to seal in the cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. |

| Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side, turning once. |
