- 8 swordfish steaks (1" thick)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind.
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed.

| Place swordfish steaks in a large ziplock bag. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Pour over steaks, seal bag and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. |

| Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Grill steaks, with lid closed, 8-10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Baste often during grilling. |
