- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup reserved pan drippings
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce

| Saute onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. |
