Italian Sausage
 
  • 2 pounds italian sausage
  • 4 cups of water or 3 (12-ounce) cans of beer
 
Prick sausage with fork. Bring water/beer to a boil; add sausage and return to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes covered.
 
Preheat grill MEDIUM-HIGH. Grill sausage 10 minutes, turning frequently.
