Rosemary Lamb Chops
 
  • 4 lamb chops (4 ounces each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
 
Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper.
Combine basil, parsley and rosemary; then press herb mixture on each side of the lamb chops.
 
Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Grill lamb chops 6-8 minutes on each side.
