- 4 lamb chops (4 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

| Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper. |
| Combine basil, parsley and rosemary; then press herb mixture on each side of the lamb chops. |

| Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Grill lamb chops 6-8 minutes on each side. |
