- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 small purple onions, cut into eighths
- 1/2 pound fresh mushroom caps
- 2 green peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 small pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces

| Combine first 5 ingredients in a ziplock bag, add beef and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. |

| Alternately thread beef, onion, mushroom, pepper and pineapple onto skewers. |
| |
| Grill on MEDIUM for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with marinade. |
